Ingredients (Serves 2)

Chia Layer:

Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt or thick coconut cream

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • Splash of milk (to loosen if needed)

Fruit & Crunch:

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Dark chocolate chunks or shavings

  • Chopped almonds or hazelnuts

  • Raspberries (optional)

  • 1 rolled wafer or choc stick per glass (optional)

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, collagen powder, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir well and refrigerate for 1–2 hours or overnight.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix cacao, yoghurt, maple syrup, and a splash of milk until smooth.

  3. To assemble, layer chia pudding, banana slices, and chocolate cream in glasses. Repeat layers.

  4. Top with dark chocolate, chopped nuts, raspberries, and a wafer stick.

  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
