Chia Layer:

2 tbsp chia seeds

¾ cup almond or coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Layer:

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp yoghurt or thick coconut cream

1 tsp maple syrup

Splash of milk (to loosen if needed)

Dark chocolate chunks or shavings

In a bowl, combine chia seeds, collagen powder, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir well and refrigerate for 1–2 hours or overnight.

In a separate bowl, mix cacao, yoghurt, maple syrup, and a splash of milk until smooth.

To assemble, layer chia pudding, banana slices, and chocolate cream in glasses. Repeat layers.

Top with dark chocolate, chopped nuts, raspberries, and a wafer stick.
