Why can’t I see my dashboard (only order history)?
This usually happens when you’re logged into a basic account view, or the subscription portal isn’t loading properly. Log out, then log back in using the correct email linked to your subscription.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click “Forgot password”. You’ll get a reset email within a few minutes (check spam/junk if you don’t see it).
My login link isn’t working
Try copying and pasting the link into a new browser, or switching to Google Chrome. If you’re on mobile, try turning off private browsing.
I used the wrong email at checkout — what do I do?
If you used a different email than usual, your account access may be tied to that email instead. Try logging in using the email from your order confirmation.
