Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 scoop Kitchen Ready Collagen Powder (stirred into warm quinoa)

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed

  • 6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cucumber, sliced

  • Handful of rocket or mixed greens

  • Optional extras: grilled mushrooms, cauliflower florets, or hummus

Lemon-Tahini Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • Water to thin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix collagen into quinoa:
    While quinoa is still warm, stir in 1 scoop of Kitchen Ready Collagen Powder until fully dissolved.

  2. Prep the bowl:
