Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

800g beef chuck, cubed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, chopped
-
3 garlic cloves, minced
-
3 carrots, sliced
-
3 potatoes, diced
-
2 celery sticks, chopped

2 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp thyme
-
1 cup beef stock
-
1 cup water
-
2 scoops Kitchen Ready Collagen Powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pot, brown beef on all sides, then remove.

Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and potatoes until softened.

Stir in tomato paste, paprika, thyme. Return beef to pot.

Add stock + water, cover, and simmer 1½–2 hrs until beef is tender.

Stir in collagen powder before serving. Garnish with parsley.
