Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 800g beef chuck, cubed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 carrots, sliced

  • 3 potatoes, diced

  • 2 celery sticks, chopped

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1 cup beef stock

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 scoops Kitchen Ready Collagen Powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot, brown beef on all sides, then remove.

  2. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and potatoes until softened.

  3. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, thyme. Return beef to pot.

  4. Add stock + water, cover, and simmer 1½–2 hrs until beef is tender.

  5. Stir in collagen powder before serving. Garnish with parsley.
