Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced

  • 3 cups mixed leafy greens (rocket, spinach, or lettuce)

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Collagen Lemon Herb Dressing

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Grill chicken until golden and cooked through. Slice thinly.
