How do I take this product?

Add 10g (measuring scoop provided) to water, juice or smoothie and mix well. Please note the small lumps that occur can easily be dissolved by shaking Her Balance in your water bottle.  This occurrence is due to the combination of natural herbs and ingredients that sometimes coagulate in the manufacturing process.  It is perfectly normal and in no way affects the quality and flavour of Her Balance.
