Her Balance Mocktail

Ingredients:

 
-   ¼ cup water
-   1 serving HER BALANCE 
-   ½ tbsp agave syrup
-   1 cup ice
-   10 mint leaves
-   2 tbsp lime juice
-   ½ cup frozen passion fruit
-   1 cup soda water

 

Instructions:

 
-   Combine the water and HER BALANCE.
-   Top with ice, agave syrup, passion fruit, mint, lime juice, and soda water. Stir well, and enjoy!


Flatter Me Chia Pudding

Serves 2

Ingredients:
-   ½ cup soy yogurt
-   ½ cup soy milk
-   1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
-   2 servings FLATTER ME 
-   4 tbsp chia seeds


Toppings:


-   ¼ cup soy yogurt
-   Fresh raspberries


Instructions:


-   Blend the pineapple, yogurt, soy milk and FLATTER ME. 
-   Combine with chia seeds and allow them to bloom in the fridge overnight.
-   To serve top with more yogurt and fresh raspberries, and enjoy!


Organic Super Greens Smoothie

Serves 1

 
Ingredients:


  • -   1 cup coconut water
    -   ½ cucumber
    -   1 handful fresh mint
    -   1 tbsp hemp seeds
    -   ½ cup frozen banana
    -   ½ cup frozen mango
    -   1 serving Organic Super Greens

Instructions:


-   Blend all the ingredients until smooth, and enjoy straight away!


Ultra Magnesium Cheescake

Makes 2 small cheesecakes

 

Ingredients:

Crust:

- ½ cup pistachios
- ½ cup almonds
- ¼ coconut flakes
- ½ cup pitted Medjool dates

 

Filling:

- ¾ cup cashews
- ¾ cup white beans
- ¼ cup melted cacao butter
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 servings ULTRA MAGNESIUM
- ½ cup soy milk
- ¾ cup mango

 

Instructions:

-      Cover the dates and cashews in boiling water, soak for 30 minutes and drain.

-      For the crust, add the pistachios, almonds, coconut flakes, and Medjool dates to a high-speed blender or food processor and process until the ingredients hold together when you press them.

-      Add the mixture to your mold, and press down to create a flat base. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.


Glow Collagen Bliss Balls

Serves 15


Ingredients:


- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1.25 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 4 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 small carrot peeled and diced
- 3 serves Plant-Based Collagen BERRY 
- Shredded coconut to coat  

 

Instructions:


- To a food processor, add the raspberries, oats, almonds, dates, carrots, and 3 serves of Plant-Based Collagen BERRY. Process until a dough is formed.
- Divide in 15 and roll in your hands. Roll in shredded coconut.
- Place in the fridge to firm up for at least 3 hours. Keeps for 5 days. Enjoy!
