How do I take this product?

The recommended daily intake is 4 capsules which is equivalent to 1 teaspoon. For best results take 2 capsules morning and 2 capsules evening with meals.

Consuming a smaller amount than recommended may result in little to no noticeable difference to the ailment or purpose of taking it.

• 680mg of Organic Turmeric

• 5mg Organic Piper Nigrum (black pepper)

• 50mg Organic Ginger

Warning:

Caution Keep out of reach of children, do not use if the seal is broken, and store below 30ºC. Due to Turmeric’s anti-coagulant properties, it is advised to stop using 2 weeks of scheduled surgery. Turmeric should not be taking other alongside blood-thinning medications without the permission of a health practitioner. If you are taking blood pressure medication, please consult your healthcare professional before taking Turmeric.
