Smoothies are one of the very best ways to pack nutrients into your day!

There are endless combinations and flavours for you to experiment with.

Begin with your base:

Coconut Water or any Nut Milk will do

Pick your flavour:

Banana, Berries, Spinach, or any fruit & veggie combo

Add nutrition:

Hemp Seeds, Maca Powder, Cacao, Slippery Elm, Collagen, Protein

Top up with spice:

Cinnamon, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Ginger

 

Blend and enjoy!

Smoothies add nutrition, fibre and flavour, and they keep the hunger at bay!
