Curcumin – What is it and what is good for?
Curcumin is the potent ingredient of Turmeric. Turmeric has a family of compounds called Curcuminoids which include curcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin and demethoxycurcumin. The Curcumin phytochemical is responsible for Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that pose revolutionary healing potential. Curcumin is extracted from the Turmeric (the whole food).
Each tablet contains
- Potent curcumin extract 600
- Black Pepper
The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets per day (1200mg).
Take 2 tablets once per day with food or as directed by your health care professional.
